Quick Guide to Badge Registration and Application for Overseas Buyers at the 136th Canton Fair

The registration process for the 136th Canton Fair has been fully upgraded, allowing buyers to register and apply for their buyer badges via the Canton Fair’s official Buyer Service System (buyer.cantonfair.org.cn).

Buyers who have attended previous sessions can directly enter the venue with their old buyer badge by swiping the badge without needing to re-register or activate it.
New buyers can complete their registration and apply for their badges on the Canton Fair’s official Buyer Service System (buyer.cantonfair.org.cn):

Step 1: Visit buyer.cantonfair.org.cn and select “Overseas buyer registration.”

Step 2: Set up an account and password.

Step 3: In the registration options, select “I don’t have a buyer badge.”

Step 4: After filling out the information, the registration is complete.

After registration, you can proceed to apply for your buyer badge.

Step 1: Log in to the system. Besides password login, email or SMS code login is also supported.

Step 2: Click on the left menu [Canton Fair Badge] – [Overseas buyer badge] to enter the application page.

Step 3: Click [Badge application] in the upper right corner to start the application process.

Step 4: Companies that have not participated in previous Canton Fairs need to create their company profile.

Step 5: Fill out the company information. The account creator will automatically become the company account administrator.

Step 6: Complete your personal information. You will need to upload a photo of your identification and a personal photo. Once the information is uploaded, the application is complete.

You can then use your personal identification and the approved QR code to collect your buyer badge at the buyer check-in desk at the venue.
